Multi Vision C'air II welding helmet with filter

The Multi Vision C'air II filters gasses, vapours and dust particles that are released during the welding process, and supplies the welder with vital fresh air. Through use of various filters the Multi C'air II is suitable for most welding processes. The air flow to the welding helmet is totally electronically controlled, so that battery capacity and filter cleanliness have no influence on the airflow, which remains constant. This constant airflow provides cooling in the welding helmet, and for extra comfort in warm environments the air flow can be increased from 160l/min to 200 l/min.
If the battery capacity becomes too low or the filter is full, the welder is not only warned by an acoustic signal but also with vibration. This avoids the welder not noticing reduced filtration when working in noisy situations.

The Multi C'air II, weighing only 1350 gram (inc. dust filter and battery), is one of the lightest motorized units on the market. Along with the lumbar support that moulds perfectly to the body form, this makes for a very high wearer comfort. The Multi Vision C'air II is supplied including an 8 hour capacity li-ion battery, an air supply hose with flame resistant protection sheath, battery charger, a flow meter and two particle filters. The Multi C'air II more than meets the EN 12941 standard.
